This LEVEL 2 distance learning course is ideal for horse owners, rescue centre workers and equine professionals. It investigates the horse's basic needs, instinctive behaviours and how we can ensure the horse's welfare by advocating for him at all times. This course provides an awareness of the most up-to-date equine welfare and science-based training practices.  On completion, you will be certified to act as an Equine Advocate (specialist horse handler/assistant) in Equine Assisted sessions and you can choose to continue on and become a Certified Equine Assisted Practitioner by purchasing the LEVEL 3 and 4 courses afterwards.
